I’m Lynsay Fisher — a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist, dedicated to helping busy women 35+ feel strong and confident. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, or take on an exciting fitness challenge such as HYROX,  I’ll guide you with structured programming, proven nutrition strategies, and the accountability you need to hit your goals and push beyond what you thought possible.

Through 1:1 personal training and personalised nutrition coaching, I offer a supportive, private studio where you can train with confidence away from the intimidation of large gyms. I'm here to help women not just feel fit, but truly strong and healthy.

GROUP TRAINING

Prefer to work out with a friend or two? I offer small group personal training sessions with a maximum 4 people to each session. You’ll still receive personalised coaching and support, with the added motivation (and fun!) of doing it together.
